Our travel trailer pickup location was ideal for our vacation. It was right on our way. The trailer was set up, clean, fully stocked, and ready to go when we picked up. Chris gave us a very thorough walk-through and explained everything clearly. The trailer was perfect. Everything worked great, the TV was appreciated by the kids. No mechanical issues at all. Heater worked great. We were all very comfortable - 4 adults, 2 kids. We could have slept another adult and a couple of other kids easily. I was especially impressed with how easily the trailer towed for its size. Everything we needed was prepacked - cups, plates, flatware, sheets, blankets, ziplock bags; they packed the way I would. The most impressive part about Chris and Debra was how patient and easy-going they were. They went way out of their way to accommodate us on our return. We were late getting it back. They didn't say a word although they had every right to be upset. I have no doubt, if this trailer is available, we will absolutely be renting from them for a long time. Amazing people!
